New Technology for Dealcoholized Wine Invented in Valencia

The Vento Group has succeeded in developing a technology that eliminates the alcohol in wine while keeping all its other properties. The process begins with the vacuum evaporation of the liquid and the subsequent separation of its components. After removing the alcohol, all of the flavorings, oils and other substances are reconsitituted without the alcohol. The inventors of the new technology claim that their method is the only way to preserve the properties of the original wine.
